![]() ![]() So whens the next one in '09? The 22nd Diablo 2 season is starting soon. I know last latter reset was in June '08, i played for a week then my comp broke. Due to family I don't have a lot of time to spend playing, but I've been working on a necro and last night got my lvl75 necro into act 3 hell. The Razortail belt gives the fireballs a% piercing quality, so a single fireball will hit and explode on a group of enemies multiple times.I'd be happy to give you my old one. Should move quickly once i can get into some tomb/baal runs. When I was starting my current sorceress a few weeks ago, I discovered something that made the overpowered fireball even better. Got her to 19 last night to get the sweet +6 Fireball leaf staff humming. It includes various adjustments and even adds new Rune Words.I'm working up my sorceress (in my own slow way) to help with key farming. The 2.4 update was recently tested on the PTR, and it does more than just pave the way for Ladder seasons. The first of these debuted in 2003, and despite the original game's age, these seasons have actually been continuing for the last two decades, leading up to the launch of Resurrected. Ladders would run for a period of months, at which point those characters would be converted into non-ladder characters. In Diablo II, Ladder seasons serve as a competitive aspect of the game, as players would have to create fresh characters (with no access to shared items from existing ones) to compete to make their way up the ladder. ![]() ![]() The extra wait for Ladder play is meant to "give the team time to react to any further unforeseen issues that may arise on PC and consoles from deploying the 2.4 patch itself and ensure the smoothest possible Ladder Season 1 start." The first Ladder season will begin on April 28. More maintenance will be coming on March 29, but Blizzard said it believes the problems will be resolved and that the 2.4 update will launch on April 14.
